THE SPARK
The Trust Network (TTN) grew out of
the experience in national and international distribution with leading
musical instruments and equipment (M.I.) brands such as Marshall,
Korg, Zildjian, Casio, and Takamine, and professional
audio (Pro Audio) brands including Celestion and AKG .
This experience demonstrated an important truth:
the same product, pricing, marketing and support can produce vastly different levels of business in a country depending upon: a) who is handling the distribution; b) the method of distribution used.
At Celestion International for example, despite the mature, well-developed nature of its Export Division, dramatic growth of over 250% was achieved over a mere 18 months by focused attention on the WHO and the HOW of the distribution
At Casio Electronics growth of over 775% was created over a sustained four year period, again by close attention to the people and methods involved in the distribution.
