Trust Network first researched the Canadian market for guitar distributors, and then short listed a group best suited to the Guvnor brand. All were approached by Trust Network who handled the discussions with each company to secure the final agreement with Efkay Music Group. We were pleased to secure one of Canada’s leading distributors to handle Guvnor Guitars. We felt this was a great choice as Efkay had a strong position in the Canadian guitar market with the Ibanez brand, which complemented the entry-level position of Guvnor very well. Efkay would be able to leverage its guitar-market strength to win dealers for Guvnor without there being any brand conflict. Guvnor would also be among the other top brands handled by Efkay such Orange and Casio.
